A
new muffler was the first thing I wanted to do to this car.
I went with a Flowmaster 80. After purchase cost, shipping
and installation - it only cost $115.

The
first appearance mod I've ever done was painting the interior.
I decided to do this to make my interior grab some more
attention. I don't think it's tacky, I don't think it's
overdone, and it was an original mod at the time. I've
written a How-To for this, so if ya care to read or maybe
you'd wanna try it >

Decals
were the next thing I decided to do. I got them from
Scott of Firebats Cave, he is a great guy to deal with (although
right now his site is down). However, they have
been taken off after removing the door trim and badging. |

The
one thing I'd always wanted to do to my car was change the
spoiler somehow. I never really liked the low, plain
look of the stock Firebird / Formula spoiler, and the Trans
Am wing is a little too tall and flashy for me. The
maker is Wings West, and I think this spoiler works out perfectly
- and also helps to tie in the red/black theme of the car. |

foglights weren't bright enough. |

This
was by far the most tedious, biggest pain in the ass thing
I've done to the car (except for putting in new plugs and
wires) ...but after tons of elbow grease and half a
bottle of Goo Gone, the trim and badging were finally removed. It
makes the car look so much cleaner and more sleek. |
I
wanted to do this for a long time but never got around to
doing it. I'm glad that I finally did. I took off the
rims and popped out the centercaps, cleaned them up and put
the decals on. Well worth the $12 I paid Scott. |

Can't
forget about those 60-something coats of Zaino.... |
The
biggest exterior mod besides the spoiler that I've always
wanted to do was give the rear end a new look. After
some asshole broke one of my taillights, I figured now is
the time. I finally got a set of Honeycombs and polished
the tail-filler. I've also written a How-To for
this if you wanna give it a shot > click. |
